Shipping within the UK

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked with signature required on delivery. Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left at the address providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local Post Office collection depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Some pieces are made to order and so may take approx 3 weeks to be made and delivered. If you need something in a shorter timeframe, send an email to info@georginahopkin.com

Europe and International Shipping

We do no currently offer shipping outside the UK, but hope to in the future.

Packaging

All jewellery is packaged in a Georgina Hopkin branded box which will arrive in a plain padded envelope.

Returns on stock items

When ordering rings online, please order your correct ring size, you can usually visit a local jewellers to be measured. Please make sure you have the correct finger measured, and the jeweller is aware of the rings style you will be purchasing as the width will affect the size. Alternatively if you are located in London, get in touch via email to arrange an in-person measuring.

Online orders are entitled to a full refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of delivery, minus postage and packaging charges. Credit notes are valid for one year and are redeemable only online. If you wish to return an item purchased through this website, please email info@georginahopkin.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

The customer is responsible for covering packaging and postage fees of any returned items. It is advised to send via a trusted a traceable delivery service for peace of mind.

Returns on bespoke items

Refunds or returns cannot be issued on bespoke or custom made items as this piece has been specially made for you. Please get in touch if there are any issues with your bespoke order.
