Sterling silver jewellery may tarnish or discolour over time if exposed to cosmetics and perfumes, and creams can clog up gemstone settings and make them appear dull. Your jewellery can be gently cleaned with hot soapy water and a soft toothbruth.
We offer refunds on stock items, but not bespoke pieces, jewelley made with customer's own stones, or personalised jewellery. Jewellery can be refunded up to 7 days after the delivery date.

We will get back to you with a return address you can send back the item to.

The item needs to be sent back in its original packaging and be in its original state. Please send the item back using a trackable postal service. We can assist you in arranging an insured shipping method. We do not take responsibility for the return shipping cost when an item is exchanged unless the original item was faulty.
UK orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. Items made to order will take approx 2 weeks to be made and dispatched. All UK orders are fully insured. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

Europe and International orders will be posted via International Recorded delivery and will arrive within 2-14 working days. This ensures your jewellery is fully insured. Please allow extra time during the holiday seasons.
